Carole Middleton's communications operation is based in Bucklebury, I have believed this for a long time. The Middletons are widely believed to have played by the British media rules, briefing friendly journalists openly and cultivating their own media contacts. Carole is probably snorting bricks, because it's become clear that her family will be targeted. It's amazing that, up until this past week, the newspapers probably tried to hide the fact that the Middletons had mismanaged Party Pieces. PP was declared insolvent this year and sold by the bankruptcy court for PS180K. The buyer did not have to assume any Middletons debts, so they still owe creditors over PS2.5 million. Middleton's debtors have spoken out, expressing their "betrayal" by the "mother of the future Queen". Carole, a "close friend of Mrs. Middleton", is now calling her contacts at the Daily Mail. Behold:
Carole Middleton was 'upset and disappointed' when her mail-order company failed, but she admits that she had been naive. Carole Middleton, the mother of Princess of Wales, has been accused by creditors of 'betrayal" after Party Pieces failed. The company owed PS2.6million and had already warned that it was unlikely they would recover their money.
Party Pieces has helped Carole and Michael send their three children to Marlborough College, which charges PS42.930 per year. They also bought a PS4.7 million manor house in Berkshire. The business that started on their kitchen table is now insolvent.
Richard Eden, a Daily Mail reporter who is a close friend of Mrs Middleton, reported that 'Carole's upset and disappointed are understandable'. She has tried her best over the last five months to find a buyer who would not only take the business forward but also pay any outstanding debts. Carole is a firm believer in accountability. She admits that she was naive in stepping back and letting someone else run the business. It's sad to see it sold in this manner.
The friend says: "The truth is Carole stepped away from the business more than three years ago. She trusted the day-today running of the company to a new team. Unfortunately, the business began to decline and it was too late for her to take action.
One of her suppliers, however, told Mr Eden yesterday Mrs Middleton personally assured him that Party Pieces' debts would be paid in full by the end of this year.
In a statement released by administrators this week, it was revealed that Party Pieces still owes PS612,685 to the taxman. Party Pieces also owes RBS bank PS218,749 for a Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan, PS456,008 other creditors and a total of PS1.4 million unsecured loans.
The Daily Mail
Oh, she's panicking. Carole continued to run PP despite the fact that Party Pieces had been struggling financially for some time before the pandemic. Carole's business partners left PP in this year, which she hid for months. Carole then tried to "sell PP" with a seven-figure "dowry," but the bankruptcy court stepped up and bought PP. Carole now tries to absolve herself of the entire disaster, but it was really her poor management that led to all of this. Party Pieces didn't "buy a PS4.7million Berkshire manor house"; William purchased that home with money left by his mother. Carole needs to sell Middleton Manor in order to pay off her f****** creditors.
Please note that we have not heard any more about the cannabis growing operation raided right next to Middletons' home by the police.
