The Sun reported that King Charles had "evicted" the Duke of Sussex and Duchess from Frogmore Cottage on the Royal Windsor estate. Sources confirmed that the Sun's initial report was retaliatory. It was an old man who felt vindicated for his son's writings. It is true that by claiming that the king was a f-king vindictive and petty, it makes him look awful. Some palace sources were sent to soften the language of the eviction and to make it seem that Charles was budget- and image-conscious. The Sussexes had to be expelled because of Britain's high cost of living crisis. The timeline shows that Charles was not able to hide his pettiness, and that the eviction was in retaliation for Spare.
King Charles III will kick Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from Frogmore Cottage and give it to the disgraced royal Prince Andrew.
Page Six was told by a source that the incoming King began the eviction process January 1, just one day after "Spare," the memoir of the redheaded royal, which was published in December.
According to The Sun, a source said that "This eviction certainly spells the end for Harry and Meghan's time here in the UK."

Let's emphasize the point: Spare was freed on January 10. On January 11, King Charles informs Sussexes that they are being evicted. Charles informs the British media for six weeks about Harry's expectations. He also tells them how he expects Harry will show up to the coronation. These people are naive. Charles wanted everyone to know that he was mad about Spare to the point of "evicting" the Sussexes just 24 hours after Spare was published.
Many of you speculate that Charles or his minions told the Sussexes that they had planned to leave Frogmore and that this "eviction" was pure palace spin. This is a great theory. However, I believe Harry wanted Frogmore to remain for at least a few years, especially as he continues to fight the police over his security. Harry has not wavered in his belief that he should be able to travel to his home country whenever he wishes, and that his children should also know Britain. Although I believe that the Sussexes moved most of their stuff from Frogmore last year I believe they wanted to keep their cottage lease for many more years. This is why Harry renewed his lease. A spokesperson for Archewell also confirmed that the palace informed the Sussexes that their lease was ending, so...yeah. This was not the Sussexes' fault, but rather the palace.
