It is both funny and frightening to see the British media ignore a major story about Prince Harry. Over the course of seven years, Harry has had his every word, every move and every thought portrayed in British tabloids. The British media suddenly has a code for omerta when it comes to Harry and his multiple lawsuits against British tabloids. Harry is currently part of a class action lawsuit against the Daily Mirror or Mirror Group Newspapers MGN for years of phone hacking that began in 1996 and continued through 2011. According to Byline Times Harry will give in-person testimony.
Judge Timothy Fancourt will be presenting the evidence to the Duke of Sussex. He will also be cross-examined by Mirror Group Newspapers lawyers (MGN). This case is one of five that alleges extensive illegal snooping between 1996 and 2011. This case covers Morgan's controversial editorship at the Daily Mirror between 1995-2004, as well as his time as de facto editor-in-chief of the Sunday Mirror starting in April 2001 and ending with his highly publicized sacking after he published fake photos of British soldiers allegedly abusing Iraqi prisoners.
Justice Fancourt placed the Duke's case before a group of around 120 Claimants at a preliminary hearing, 8 March. They said that they would not settle the matter unless they had come to court. After having seen MGN cancel five of its previous trial dates and pay large settlements, the proverbial court took the following steps.
David Sherborne, Barrister, also confirmed that the video-link evidence arrangement of witnesses in the seven week trial beginning 9 May "certainly does not involve any individual claimants," seemingly assuring a public appearance by the Duke.
The details of Harry's case against MGN, a subsidiary and publisher of Sunday Mirror, Sunday Mirror and Sunday People, have not been made public, but it is believed that Harry was targeted at least from 12 years old.

"...Seemingly assuring that a live public appearance by the Duke." This means Harry will have to travel to London in May to testify and take part in cross-examination. It is no wonder that his father has evicted him from Frogmore Cottage. King Charles must be panicked, and trying to keep Harry from London, away form giving evidence, and away from harming Charles's criminal partners. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a lot more threatening and unhinged stories regarding Harry's security in the next two months.
According to Byline Times, Harry will also discuss how voicemails and phone records of him as a teenager were tapped and intercepted by MGN journalists in his 20s. Per Byline: "It's also believed that the Duke will claim MGN journalists illegally intercepted voicemails that he shared with his father Prince – now King – Charles, late mother Princess Diana and brother Prince William. He also spoke out about Chelsy Davy's ex-girlfriend and Caroline Flack's suicide in 2020, which was partially due to tabloid Press intrusion."
