Prince William donned one of the many uniforms he owns and performed an investiture at Windsor Castle on Wednesday. The formal ceremony of receiving and giving various honors has already been announced. William presented honors to Beth Mead, Lucy Bronze and Luther Blissett as well as Dame Virginia McKenna and Virginia McKenna. These were the people that made it onto Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace social media posts. It's interesting that no one posted photos of Jason Knauf who was at Windsor Castle receiving the Royal Victorian Order in recognition of his services to the Royal Family. Knauf was awarded the Royal Victorian Order in January, nearly a year after he left his position as CEO at the Royal Foundation.
Knauf handed over evidence in 2021 to harm the Duchess's case against The Mail for publishing the letter she wrote to her father. Knauf did this explicitly to help the Mail and hurt Meghan's cause. Knauf is also the absolute source of the "bullying" fakakta accusations against Meghan. Knauf is merely whispering the same allegations that have never been explained, backed up or detailed.
It's interesting to note that after the Sussexes Oprah interview of 2021, some people talked about Charles trying to remove Knauf from his influence on William and William's Office. Knauf, suddenly, was expected to leave the Royal Foundation in 2021 and pursue bigger and better opportunities. Knauf is still a trustee of Earthshot and he remains close to Peg. It's so close that neither Kensington Palace nor Buckingham Palace want to post pictures from Knauf’s investiture.
Today, the Prince of Wales performed an investiture at Windsor Castle.
Jason Knauf was among the recipients. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Foundation and was appointed a Lieutenant in the Royal Victorian Order.
