Dave Chappelle is back. The Oddball Comedy and Curiosity Tour kicked off in Austin last night. Oh, what’s that? You wanted proof? Done.

Some highlights: “I have terrible news for the audience,” he opened his set. “I don’t have any material.” The 45 minutes that proceeded would show otherwise. The set was personal, and addressed the topic of the exit from his show: “I didn’t walk away from 50 million dollars,” he said. “It isn’t true. I wanted that money very much.”
